how an Intuition liner offers more. Every Intuition liner we offer is proudly
constructed from our proprietary closed-cell Intuition Foam. Its key properties
of being lightweight, extremely durable, waterproof, and the high insulation
value ensure the advantages of an Intuition liner will entirely reshape your
experience. The uniquely re-moldable liner is industry leading and ideal for
achieving a totally customized, anatomically correct fit. Simply put, an

The volume refers to the overall thickness of the liners. Low being the thinnest, high being the thickest.

Because of the innovative construction, first introduced by Intuition 30 years ago, the overlapping construction offers outstanding energy transmission and progressive flex, increasing overall stiffness, compared to a conventional tongue-style boot liner. Tongue liners are the traditional style in the boot world, and what many are most familiar with. Additionally, tongue style liners favor forward flex.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR LINER

Totally personal preference. Wraps offer a uniquely seamless
custom fit, have a stiffer, more progressive flex and are a better at
accommodating large or small leg sizes. Tongues often fit well right out of the
box, have a greater range of motion and a softer flex. 

Most new users will benefit from the balanced attributes of a
Dual-Density liner, while those looking for the ultimate in performance and
responsiveness while carving will appreciate upgrading further to a
High-Density liner. 

To improve the fit and function of the boots you already own, we
recommend selecting a liner that is the same size as the shell of your boots.
If you are shopping for new boots, we recommend sizing your feet to your boots
in centimeters/Mondo for the most accurate fit.  

Yes, all of our liners can be custom molded at home with the home
fit kit. *Some of the stiffest wrap models can be more challenging to fit at
home so we recommend taking them to a shop or professional bootfitter. 

Yes! As long as you don’t overcook the liners (ie: too hot for too
long), they can take numerous moldings. We do recommend replacing the shell
with one that fits the same volume or tighter. 

Intuition intentionally makes liners slightly longer than the
stock liner because it ensures that our highly moldable foam reaches to the
very end of the shell. Many are often surprised to find the original liner for
their boots is shorter than the shell is. We recommend trying the liners inside
your shells to be sure. If they bunch up at the toe, we can exchange them for a
smaller size. 

Our highly workable Intuition foam excels at providing multiple
opportunities for adjustment. We can even mold small areas again after the
initial molding until it feels right. 

Yes, if you can wear your boots on the first notch, you will be
able to mold the liner on 2nd or 3rd notch to compress the foam making it
easier to buckle after molding. 

Anywhere between 0 and 50% depending on heat and pressure. About
20% on average. 


MY TONGUE STYLE LINERS CAME WITH LACES. ARE THESE MANDATORY OR
OPTIONAL?

Yes, all our refined Intuition liners were made with footbeds
specifically in mind. Footbeds provide important support to those who need and
can improve the fit and performance for all. If you do not wish to use a
footbed that is ok too, all liners include a flat foam insole for comfort and
volume adjustment. Our classic liners have thick foam soles that take the place
of a footbed. 

After the liners are heated, before inserting your foot into liner
and shell. Easiest to take the warm liner out of the shell, insert footbed,
re-insert liner with footbed into shell. 

Absolutely! Upgrading to an Intuition liner vastly improves the
warmth of your boots from their significant increase in insulation value.
Adding an Intuition liner to your heated footbeds or socks will provide even
greater heat management and noticeably improve their battery life. 

Not recommended, as the liners are heat sensitive and could cause
damage to the foam gradually over time. We also advise you not to put your
liners next to stoves or heaters. 

Intuition liners have an anti-microbial coating that may become
overwhelmed with use. We recommend cleaning your liners as needed in the
following manner: 

1. Fill a bucket of water large enough for the liners

2. Add 1-2 cups of white vinegar

3. Soak submerged for up to 24 hours

4. Rinse with fresh water and air dry

Air dry, taking them out of the boots will help to dry them on all
sides. They will soon become dry as Intuition’s closed-cell foam is waterproof
and does not get soaked through like other liners.
